معايير تقويم جودة البحوث التربوية ومؤشرات البحث النوعي"رؤية مستقبلية"

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على معايير تقويم جودة البحوث التربوية المعتمدة في الدراسات الاجتماعيــة عموما وفي البحث عن اهم المؤشرات للدلالة على نوعية وملائمة البحث التربوي لمستوى التقدم العلمي والمعرفي وتوافقا مع حجم التغيرات التي تشهدها حركة التدفق والتغير الاجتماعي وتماشيا مع التوجهات المعاصرة التي تتحدى عملية البحث في حقول التربية والتعليم العالي بصفة خاصة.ومن اجـل ذلك تم استعـراض عـدة دراســات علمية عالجت الموضــوع وتهتم بدراسة معايير الجودة التربوية كأحد المحددات الاساسية لمستوى تقدم الابحاث العلمية و التي تشير الى ان جودة البحوث العلمية تتوافق مع جودة تطبيق واستخدام هذه المعايير في البحث بمجالاته المتنوعة والتي تهدف الى الرقي بنتائج الابحاث وتطوير مستوى اداء واعتماد الجامعات وتحسين مستوى ضمان جودتها العلمية والاكاديمية.وقد اعتمد الباحث على منهج علمي تاريخي يسرد به ويتقصى الحقائق العلمية مناسب لطبيعة الموضوع وخلصت الدراسة الى جملة الاقتراحات والنتائج، والاهم من ذلك هو الاستغلال الأمثل وتوظيف نتائج تطبيقات هذه الابحاث التربوية في جميع ميادين الحياة . The study aims to identify the standards for evaluating the quality of educational research adopted in social studies in general and to find the most important indicators to demonstrate the quality and relevance of educational research to the level of scientific and cognitive progress and to the extent of changes in the flow and social change movement in line with contemporary trends challenging research Fields of education and higher education in particular.The study of educational quality standards was reviewed as one of the basic determinants of the progress of scientific research, which indicates that the quality of scientific research is consistent with the quality of application and use of these standards in research in its various fields The research results, the development of the level of performance and accreditation of universities and the improvement of the level of their scientific and academic quality assurance. Most importantly, the best use and application results of this educational research in all fields of life are being used.
