Résumé: .This study aimed to clarify the role of re-engineering of administrative processes in achieving organizational excellence in the National Social Security Fund for non-employees, Ouargla Agency, and to study the relationship of the dimensions of re-engineering of administrative processes (the organizational dimension, the human dimension, the technological dimension, after focusing on the customer) and its role in achieving organizational excellence. The study population is represented by the workers of the Social Security Fund for non-employees, Ouargla, and we used the questionnaire tool. We distributed (70) questionnaires to the workers of the Fund, from which we retrieved (66) questionnaires, and we used the descriptive analytical approach to study the subject, and we also adopted the spss program version 19 in the statistical treatment. And we reached results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant role for re-engineering administrative processes in achieving excellence among employees and the need to exploit re-engineering by paying attention to the change in the aforementioned dimensions in addition to caring for work, organization and technological infrastructure and focusing on improving and developing customer services.
