دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية في خلق القيمة المشتركة

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية في خلق القيمة المشتركة من خلال التعرف على أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية وكذا بعدي القيمة المشتركة. بحثت الدراسة على مستوى فرع شركة سوناطراك (المديرية الجهوية لقسم الإنتاج بإليزي - منطقة عين أميناس). ومن أجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة، تم صياغة استبيان تم توزيعه على عينة الدراسة. ولتحليل النتائج تم الاعتماد على برامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS.v.25) وتم استخدام أساليب إحصائية بحيث تم الوصول إلى النتائج التالية: المسؤولية الاجتماعية لها دور كبير في خلق القيمة المشتركة. هناك علاقة طردية بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية وخلق القيمة المشتركة. Summary: The study aims to highlight the role of social responsibility in creating shared value by identifying the dimensions of social responsibility, as well as the two dimensions of shared value. The study was conducted at the level of the Sonatrach company branch (Regional Directorate of the Production Department in Amenas, Illizi Province). In order to achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was formulated and distributed to the study sample. For analyzing the results, the program of statistical packages for social sciences (SPSS.v.25) was relied upon, and statistical methods were used to reach the following results: Social responsibility has a major role in creating shared value. There is a positive relationship between social responsibility and shared value creation.
