الديمقراطية التوافقية وإدارة التعدد الطائفي في العراق
Résumé: تناول هذه الورقة البحثية مكانة ودور الديمقراطية التوافقية التي تعتبر إحدى المداخل المطبقة في الدول التي تعرف تعددية مجتمعية، مما يستلزم إشراك جميع الطوائف المكونة للمجتمع لتجنب الصراعات، ولقد جرى تطبيقها في العراق بعد 2003 نظر للطابع التعددي للمجتمع العراقي الذي يتكون من جماعات سلالية ودينية ولغوية مختلفة. وسيتم إسقاط مبادئ الديمقراطية التوافقية وتتبع تطبيقاتها في التجربة العراقية بعد الاحتلال الأمريكي من خلال المؤسسات والآليات المعتمدة، على الرغم من أن التجربة التوافقية العراقية مازالت محل جدل سواء من حيث النصوص أو من حيث الممارسة بالنظر إلى التحديات التي تواجهها. This research paper deals with the role of consensual democracy in the establishment of societal pluralism, it consist the involvement of all constituent denominations of society to avoid conflicts. It was applied in Iraq after 2003, because the nature of Iraqi society, which consists of different religious, and linguistic groups We are going to dealt with the applications of consensual democracy in the light of Iraqi experience after the American colonization through different institutions and mechanisms that existed, although the Iraqi consensual experience is still a controversy case I its application and legal texts in regarding its different challenges.
