Résumé: لتحديد العلاقة الموجودة بين رأس المال البشري، الولاء التنظيمي والأداء المتوازن بمؤسسة كوندور برج بوعريريج، تم توزيع10 1استمارة استبيان على إطارات وإطارات مسيرة بالمؤسسة، تم استعمال برنامج (AMOS 22). لتحليل المعطيات واختبار الفرضيات. توصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة قوية بين رأس مال البشري والأداء المتوازن وبينه وبين الولاء التنظيمي،أكدت النتائج كذلك وجود علاقة إيجابية بين الولاء التنظيمي والأداء المتوازن للمؤسسة، وفي الأخير توصلنا إلى أن الولاء التنظيمي يعتبر وسيط ذو تأثير إيجابي بين رأسمال البشري والأداء المتوازن بمؤسسة كوندور. Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between human capital, organizational loyalty and balanced performance in the Condor Bordj Bou Arreridj Foundation; Where 110 questionnaires were distributed to frames and frames running in the institution. (AMOS 22)Program was used to analyze the data and test hypotheses. The findings revealed a substantial link between human capital and balanced performance, as well as between human capital and organizational loyalty.
