دور التكامل الاقتصادي العربي في تفعيل التبادل التجاري الأورو-عربي The Role Of Arab Economic Integration In Activating Euro-arab Trade Exchange

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى محاولة معرفة دور التكامل الاقتصادي العربي من خلال مدخل التبادل التجاري في تفعيل التبادل التجاري الأورو-عربي بشقيه المتمثلين في الصادرات والواردات ، وذلك من خلال التطرق الى تحليل التجارة العربية الخارجية والتجارة العربية البينية و كذا التجارة الأورو-عربية بالاعتماد على الاحصائيات المتوفرة، وقد خلصت الدراسة الى أن التبادل التجاري العربي البيني لايزال ضعيفا رغم قدم محاولة الدول العربية لتنمية التبادل التجاري فيما بينها، اضافة الى الهيمنة الأوروبية على العلاقات التجارية العربية مما يشكل عائقا نحو تطوير وتسهيل التجارة العربية البينية،كما أن التكامل الاقتصادي العربي لا يمكن أن يؤدي الى تفعيل التبادل التجاري الأورو-عربي الا اذاقامت الدول العربية بتفعيل التكامل التجاري فيما بينها كخطوة أولى للتمكن من السيطرة عل الهيمنة الأوروبية على البعض منها. Abstract: This study aims to try to find out the role of Arab economic integration through the trade exchange in activating Euro-Arab trade exchange, in both its parts, represented by exports and imports, by addressing the analysis of Arab foreign trade and intra-Arab trade, as well as Euro-Arab trade, based on available statistics. The study concluded with Inter-Arab trade exchange is still weak despite the long attempt of Arab countries to develop trade exchange among themselves, in addition to European dominance over Arab trade relations, which constitutes an obstacle towards developing and facilitating intra-Arab trade, and Arab economic integration cannot lead to the activation of European trade exchange. -Arab unless the Arab countries activate trade integration among themselves as a first step to be able to control European hegemony over some of them.
