Résumé: نتج عن تطور العلم في مجال صناعة الغذاء مشاكـل كثيرة ،بعضها يرتبط بصحة المستهلك، والبعض الآخر يتعلق بمدى مطابقتها لأحكام الشريعة السمحاء ،إذ أن أن التقنيات الحديثة اكتشفت مصادر وأنواع جديدة للغذاء لم تكن معروفة من قبل ،حيث يتعذر على المستهلك معرفة مركبات المنتوجات الغذائية التي يتناولها، كما يجهل أهي حلال أم حرام؟ The development of science in the field of the food industry has resulted in many problems, some of which are related to the health of the consumer, while others are related to the extent of their conformity with the provisions of the tolerant Sharia, since modern technologies have discovered new sources and types of food that were not known before, as it is not possible for the consumer to know the compounds of food products that He eats it, as he does not know whether it is halal or forbidden?
