مساهمة الأساليب الإدارية في تحقيق إدارة فعالة للوقت بالمؤسسة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بمفهوم الإدارة بالوقت، والذي يرتكز على الاستغلال الرشيد للوقت واستثماره بشكل فعال، كما تأخذ بعين الاعتبار استشراف المستقبل والتنبؤ به، وقد هدفنا من خلال الدراسة أيضا على إبراز أهم المداخل المساهمة والفاعلة والتي ترتكز عليها الإدارة بالوقت وهي: الإدارة بالأهداف والتي ترتكز على مبدأ تحقيق الأهداف المحددة من خلال تنمية روح الفريق وتحمل المسؤولية، ومدخل الإدارة بالتفويض والتي ترتكز على منح المسؤول مرؤوسيه بعض المهام وسلطة اتخاذ القرار لتحقيق نتائج ايجابية بأقل وقت، كذلك مدخل الإدارة بالثقة القائمة على مبدأ غرس الثقة بين الأفراد داخل التنظيم من الإدارة والموظفين، ومدخل الإدارة بالتخويف التي ترتكز على خلق وإشاعة الخوف بين العاملين لضبط الأداء والسلوك. The aim of this study is to introduce the concept of time management, which is based on the rational use of time and effective investment, and to take into account the prediction of the future, and we also aim to highlight the most important inputs and the key to the management of the time: Management with objectives, which is based on the principle of achieving the objectiveاجارة s set through the development of team spirit and responsibility, and the administrative input of the delegation, which is based on giving the responsible subordinates some tasks and decision-making authority to achieve positive results at least, as well as the administration's approach to trust based on the principle of instilling Trust between individuals within the organization of management and staff, and the administration's entrance to intimidation that is based on creating and spreading fear among employees to control performance and behavior.
