محددات الفقر في الجزائر: دراسة قياسية باستخدام نماذج أشعة الإنحدار الذاتي (var) خلال الفترة 1980-2014

Résumé: هدف الدراسة هو تحديد أهم المتغيرات المفسرة لظاهرة الفقر في الجزائر لذلك ضمت الدراسة عدد من المتغيرات والمتمثلة في: البطالة، التضخم، النفقات الجارية، النمو الاقتصادي والنمو السكاني ممثلة في بيانات سنوية للفترة (1980-2014) وباعتماد على تقنية متجهات الإنحدار الذاتي (VAR) وبينت الدارسة بأن متغيري التضخم والنمو السكاني هما أهم محدد للفقر في المدى القصير، بينما يعتبر التضخم والنمو السكاني احسن المحددات في المدى المتوسط والطويل فحين نجد أن النمو الاقتصادي والبطالة اقل تحديد لمعدلات الفقر. Abstract: The objective of the study is to identify the most important explanatory variables of the phenomenon of poverty in Algeria, the study included a number of variables and of unemployment, inflation, current expenditures, economic growth and population growth represented in the annual data for the period (1980-2014) and the adoption of the Vector Autoregression models (VAR). Study and Oadan that variable inflation and population growth are the most important determinant of poverty in the short term while the inflation and population growth, the best determinants in the medium and long term.
