Résumé: إذا كان علم السياسة يعَرَف بأنه «سيد العلوم» (Master Science) كما قال (أرسطو) ، فإن حقل السياسة المقارنة ، والتحليل السياسي المقارن - كأحد فروع علم السياسة - هو في موقع القلب من ذلك العلم ، إذ يمثل القوة الدافعة التي تنهض بعلم السياسة ، وتدفع نحو توسيع حدودهوآفاقه، وعليه فإن البحث في أهميته وخطواته ، والمشاكل التي تفرضها الدراسات المقارنة ،وخاصة إشكالية التحيز ، وإمكانية تجاوز هذه الإشكاليات كلها محاور لدراستنا هذه. Abstract If political science is known as the Master of Science, as Aristotle said, the comparative politics fieldsand comparative political analysis - as a one of political science branch it 'is in the heart position of that science, It represents the driving force that raises political science , And pushes towards expanding its borders and prospects, therefore the research on its importance and steps, problems that posed by comparative studies, especially the bias problem , and how can are overcome these problems are all axes of our study.
