البنية العاملية لمفهوم الاداء لدى الاستاذ الجامعي

Résumé: هدف البحث إلى إيجاد البنية العاملية لمفهوم الأداء لدى الأستاذ الجامعي الجزائري؛ ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي وعينة طبقية قوامها887 أستاذا جامعيا، و قمنا ببناء مقياس أداء الأستاذ الجامعي الجزائري المتكون من (50 فقرة)، والذي تم تطبيقه على (149) أستاذا لتقدير صدق درجاته اعتمادا على الصدق التمييزي، فتم التوصل إلى وجود فروق دالة بين طرفي العينة، ولتقدير ثبات درجاته تم الاعتماد على طريقة التجزئة النصفية فكان كان ارتباط الجزأين الذي يعبر عن ثبات درجات المقياس مرتفعا (0.93)، كما استخدمنا طريقة الاتساق الداخلي وقدر معامل ألفا لكرونباخ (0.90) وهو معامل ثبات دال. ولتحليل البنية العاملية للمقياس تم التحقق من إعتدالية التوزيع، وتحقق شروط جودة القياس، والتي كانت متوفرة وسمحت لنا بإخضاع مصفوفة الدرجات للتحليل العاملي الاستكشافي بأسلوب تحليل المكونات الأساسية، وباستخدام محك كايزر، فتم التوصل إلى أن فقرات المقياس تتشبع على عاملين؛ وفي ضوء هذه البنية المتوصل إليها انتقلنا إلى التحليل العاملي التوكيدي من خلال مجموعة من الخطوات تم في ضوئها تحديد البنية العاملية النهائية لمفهوم أداء الأستاذ الجامعي الجزائري والذي تكون من بعدين(الوظيفة المعرفية للأستاذ الجامعي: تضمن 11 فقرة، الوظيفة التوجيهية الإشرافية: تضمن 09 فقرات). الكلمات المفتاحية: البنية العاملية، مفهوم الأداء، الأستاذ الجامعي الجزائري. This study aimed to detect the factoril structure of the concept of algerian professor's performance. for this purpose we used the descriptive method and a total Stratified sample of 887 Algerian professors were participate in this study. We created the questionnaire of Algerian professor performance, which comprised of fifty items. The questionnaire was applicate on 149 professors to estimate its validity (discriminent validity), and Reliability (half split "0.93"; alpha chronbach "0.90") suggesting the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. To analyse the factorial structure of the questionnaire, we firstly test the normality Distribution of the collected data, and check the assumptions of good measurment, which were acceptable for analyse the correlation's matrix, with the exploratory factor analysis using the pricincipale component as the extraction method, and kaiser criterion. The analysis showed that the items loaded significantly and satiently to two related factors. according to this structure we conducted the analyse withe the confirmatory factor analysis according to set of steps that confirmed the final structure of the concept of algerian professor's performance, which comprised of two related factors (the knowledgement function of professor: 11 items, the orientation and supervising function:09 items) Key words: factorial structure, Performance, algerian professors
