Résumé: This study aimed to detect the factoril structure of the concept of algerian professor's performance. for this purpose we used the descriptive method and a total Stratified sample of 887 Algerian professors were participate in this study. We created the questionnaire of Algerian professor performance, which comprised of fifty items. The questionnaire was applicate on 149 professors to estimate its validity (discriminent validity), and Reliability (half split "0.93"; alpha chronbach "0.90") suggesting the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. To analyse the factorial structure of the questionnaire, we firstly test the normality Distribution of the collected data, and check the assumptions of good measurment, which were acceptable for analyse the correlation's matrix, with the exploratory factor analysis using the pricincipale component as the extraction method, and kaiser criterion. The analysis showed that the items loaded significantly and satiently to two related factors. according to this structure we conducted the analyse withe the confirmatory factor analysis according to set of steps that confirmed the final structure of the concept of algerian professor's performance, which comprised of two related factors (the knowledgement function of professor: 11 items, the orientation and supervising function:09 items)
