دور الإدارة الالكترونية في تفعيل رأس المال الفكري -دراسة حالة جامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر بالوادي

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور الإدارة الالكترونية في تفعيل رأس المال الفكري بجامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر بالوادي ممثلا في مكوناته الثلاثة: (رأس المال البشري ، ورأس المال الهيكلي ، ورأس المال الزبوني) في ظل التحول الرقمي الذي تشهده الجامعة. ولتحقيق هذا المسعى، تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية في جمع المعلومات الميدانية، وتوزيع 100 استبيانه على كل كليات الجامعة، واسترجعنا 98 استمارة ممثلة لعينة الدراسة. ولتحليل البيانات واختبار الدراسة تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS . و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى إن للإدارة الالكترونية دور ذو دلالة إحصائية في تفعيل رأس المال الفكري. وتوصي بالرفع من مستوى التوعية بأهمية الإدارة الالكترونية مع ضرورة التعامل مع رأس المال الفكري بمكوناته الثلاثة باعتباره موردا استراتيجيا. This study is an attempt by us to find out the role of electronic management in activating the intellectual capital at the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar in the valley represented by its three components (human capital, structural capital, customer capital) in light of the digital transformation witnessed by the university and to achieve this endeavor, the questionnaire was relied on as a main tool in collecting field information and distributing 100 questionnaires to all faculties of the university and we retrieved 90 forms representative of the study sample and for data analysis and Study Test The statistical program SPSS was used and it was concluded that electronic management has a statistically significant role in activating intellectual capital, and one of the most important suggestions is to raise awareness of the importance of electronic management with the need to deal with intellectual capital with its three components as a strategic resource.
