Résumé: This study aims at identifying the extent to which the functions of electronic management contribute to the activation of intellectual capital by some agencies of the National Fund for Social Insurance for workers. To achieve the objectives of the study a questionnaire was designed to collect the initial data from the sample study where (65) questionnaires were distributed and (39) questionnaires were analyzed as acceptable using SPSS Release 25. The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant effect on the components of intellectual capital at an indicative level (0.05), and the study reached a series of conclusions, the most important of which is that electronic management has contributed significantly to the activation of intellectual capital. Among the recommendations proposed was the need to treat intellectual capital as a strategic resource, raising cultural awareness of the importance of electronic management, especially human resources, through the adoption of specialized human competencies.
