دور الإدارة الالكترونية في تحسين وظيفة الرقابة بالمؤسسات الرياضية

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى اهتمام وتطبيق المؤسسات الرياضية للإدارة الإلكترونية، وكذا دور هذه الاخيرة في تحسين وظيفة الرقابة بهاته المؤسسات، وهذا طبعا من وجهة نظر الموظفين. وقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي ، أين طبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة قوامها (35) موظفا إداريا بمديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية المسيلة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة المسح الشامل، كما تم بناء استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات ، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن المؤسسات الرياضية عموما لا تزال في بداية الطريق على تطبيقها لهذا النوع من الإدارة ، نظرا لافتقارها للبنية التحتية الإلكترونية ، كما أن الموظفين على دراية تامة بأهمية الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين عملهم الإداري المتمثل في مختلف الوظائف ، وخاصة وظيفة الرقابة التي تعتبر من أهم الوظائف بالإدارة . الكلمات المفتاحية: الإدارة الإلكترونية، وظيفة الرقابة، المؤسسة الرياضية. Summary: This study aimed to identify the extent of interest and application of electronic management by sports institutions, as well as the role of the latter in improving the oversight function of these institutions, and this is of course from the point of view of employees. We relied on the descriptive approach, where this study was applied to a sample of (35) administrative employees in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the state of M'sila, who were chosen by a comprehensive survey method, and a questionnaire was built as a tool for data collection, and the results showed that sports institutions in general are still at the beginning of the road On its application of this type of management, due to its lack of electronic infrastructure, and the employees are fully aware of the importance of electronic management in improving their administrative work represented in various functions, especially the control function, which is considered one of the most important functions in the administration.
