دور أخلاقيات الأعمال في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية دراسة حالة مؤسسة Civenco-تقرت-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف على ما مدى تبني مؤسسة سيفنكو لمفهوم أخلاقيات الأعمال، معرفة أثر تبني تلبية حاجات العملاء من خلال دور أخلاقيات الأعمال في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية. حيث تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان على عينة من مؤسسة سيفنكوبتقرت ولاية ورقلة، متمثلة في 288 عامل بالمؤسسة وقد تم توزيع 41 استبيان واسترجاع 40 استبيان، وتم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبيانات عن طريق استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss ) بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرفات المعيارية، تحليل الانحدار. وخلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: هناك توافر لأبعاد أخلاقيات الأعمال من خلال كل من بعدي الأمانة والاستقامة، النزاهة والشفافية بمستوى مرتفع، وبعد الإستقلالية والموضوعية بدرجة متوسط،ولا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05=α) لتطبيق أخلاقيات الأعمال والميزة التنافسية. The purpose of this study is to explore the extent to which CIVENCO adopts the concept of business ethics, to understand the impact of adopting customer needs through the role of business ethics in achieving competitive advantage. The survey tool was used on a sample of the Sivenko Foundation, with 288 workers in the organization. Forty-one questionnaires were distributed and 40 questionnaires were retrieved. The data in the questionnaires were analyzed by using the statistical package for social sciences (spss) Standardization, regression analysis. The study concluded that there are many dimensions of business ethics through both honesty and integrity, integrity and transparency at a high level, after independence and objectivity at an average level, and there is no statistically significant relationship at the level of (0.05 = α) to apply business ethics and competitive advantage
