Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور أخلاقيات الأعمال في تحقيق الأداء المتميز داخل المنظمات بالمؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب ALFAPIPEبغرداية والتطرق إلى مكونات و أبعاد أخلاقيات الأعمال وكذا محددات الأداء المتميز للمنظمات ، و قد اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام أداة الدراسة (الاستبيان), وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: تعتبر أخلاقيات الأعمال بمكوناتها وأبعادها المختلفة موجه للعديد من السلوكيات والتصرفات والاتجاهات داخل المنظمة، كالانضباط، والرقابة الذاتية، والشعور بالمسؤولية، والانتماء، و الأداء المتميز ، ومن أهم التوصيات ضـرورة السهر على تحقيق أخلاقيات العمل وتوفير البيئة المناسبة لذلك بين العمال وداخل المؤسسة من اجل ضمان بقائهم واستمرارهم وتحقيق أداء ونتيجة متميزة Summary: The study aimed to know the role of business ethics in achieving outstanding performance within organizations in the Algerian Pipe Industry ALFAPIPE in Ghardaia and to address the components and dimensions of business ethics as well as the determinants of outstanding performance for organizations, and we have adopted the descriptive analytical approach using the study tool (questionnaire) The study aimed to know the role of business ethics in achieving outstanding performance within the Algerian League, The study reached the most important results: This image is considered ideal for business, its missions and its integrated works in the organization, and its main institutional works.
