الصحـــافة الإلكترونيـــــــــة فـــــي الجزائــــــر دراسـة في تصميــم المواقـــع والتفاعلية

Résumé: وسط ثورة متعددة الأبعاد في مجالات تكنولوجيات المعلومات و الاتصالات تسود العالم و تؤثر على كل جوانبه، تركت آثارها على كل مناحي الحياة العامة وأحدثت تغييرات ضخمة في صناعة الإعلام المطبوع و المسموع و المرئي، و خلقت أنماطا إعلامية جديدة في مقدمتها الإعلام الإلكتروني على الوب، فالصحافة المطبوعة مرت عبر مراحل تاريخها المختلفة بتحديات عديدة، كان أهمها ظهور التلفزيون و انتشاره في الخمسينات الميلادية من القرن العشرين، ورغم ذلك فقد تمكنت الصحافة من تجاوز المحنة و معايشة هذه الوسيلة الجديدة والإحتفاظ بنسبة مهمة من جمهورها، ولكن التحدي الأكبر الذي واجهته الصحافة المكتوبة في العصر الحديث بدا بشكل واضح مع ثورة المعلومات وما صاحبها من توسع في توظيف شبكة الأنترنيت، حيث أخذ التطور معنى جديدا طال الشكل والمضمون والممارسة المهنية بشكل غير مسبوق في إطار الصحافة الإلكترونية التي عرفتها الجزائر على غرار باقي دول العالم كظاهرة سوسيوإعلامية لتأتي دراستنا راصدة الاعتبارات الإعلامية لهذا النوع الإعلامي الجديد في الجزائر. Abstract: With a revolution of deferent scoops and domains of information technology and communications, invades the whole world and affects all its sides. It has affected our lives and caused great changes in the making of written, broadcast and visual media. It has also created new types of media, among logics electronic media on the wells so, the printed press has undergone, through its history by many challenges such as the appearance of TV and spread in the 1950´s.Insipte of this, the press has been able to overcome the difficulty and coexist/cope with such new media and preserve an important part of its public. However, the greatest challenge that the written press has faced in the modern era was clearly obvious by the beginning of information revolution and what has followed it as the extention in the use of the internet, the evolution has taken a new meaning in term of form, landed and professional practice without preceeding in the domain of electronic press thater countries as a socio-media phenomenon that requires its study media considerations for that new type of media in Algeria.
