الاختيار المعجمي في ترجمة أفعال الكلام في الخطاب السياسي

Résumé: ملخص: تعتبر نظرية فعل الكلام نظرية تداولية، بل هي نواتها، فهي تنظر إلى المعنى على أنّه فعل إنجازي، مادامت اللغة حسبها نظاما من السلوك التفاعلي، تتجاوز وفقه الدور التوصيفي إلى التأثير والإنجاز وتغيير الواقع وصناعة الأحداث، بل إنّها جزء من الأحداث ضمن العملية التخاطبية. ولمّا كان الخطاب السياسي خطابا تداوليا بامتياز، تحاول ورقة البحث هذه تمحيص أفعال الكلام عامّة والتركيز على وجه الخصوص على الأفعال الإنجازية في ترجمة بعض خطابات الرئيس مرسي، بغية استقراء العلاقة بين ترجمة أفعال الكلام على مستوياتها التداولية الثلاثة والإختيار المعجمي الذي يكون المترجم إزاءه، ومدى قدرته في تحقيق القوة الإنجازية بصفة عامّة، والقدرة الإنجازية لفعل الكلام الأصلي. من أبرز محصّلات البحث أنّ ترجمة أفعال الكلام التي لا تتوقف على المرسل فحسب، بل و تتعداها إلى المتلقي باعتبار أن المترجم متلق أو مؤوّل للنص الأصلي، بيد أنّ هذا لا ينفي عنه عملية إعادة الصياغة التي قد يتخذها مطية للتلاعب بالألفاظ عبر مايتيحه له معجمه . Abstract: The speech act theory is a subfield of pragmatics. It studies how words are used not only to present information, but also to carry out actions. It also considers language as a part of the events within the conversational process. Since political discourse involves the participation of pragmatics, this research paper attempts to scrutinize speech acts in general and focuses in particular on the achievement acts in translating some of President Morsi’s speeches, in order to extrapolate the relationship between the translation of speech acts at their three pragmatic levels and the lexical choice, and the extent to which the translator is able to achieve the performance power in general, and the achievement power of the original speech act. One of main outcomes of this research is that the translation of speech acts, which does not depend only on the sender, but also goes beyond it to the recipient who might be the translator himself.
