أثر أبعاد التسويق بالعلاقات في تحقيق رضا الزبون وولاءه

Résumé: الملخص سعت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر التسويق بالعلاقات بأبعاده الخمسة المتمثلة في (الثقة، الإلتزام، الإتصال، معالجة الشكاوى، الكفاءة) في تحقيق رضا الزبون وولاءه لدى عينة من زبائن مؤسسة موبيليس بولاية إليزي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم توزيع إستبانة الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 111 زبون وقد تمت معالجته بواسطة برنامج (SPSS V .27) وتم إختبار نموذج الدراسة وفرضياته بواسطة نموذج الإنحدار الخطي المتعدد. خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها وجود أثر موجب ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد التسويق بالعلاقات: الثقة، الإلتزام، الإتصال، معالجة الشكاوى، الكفاءة في تحقيق رضا الزبون وولاءه للمؤسسة محل الدراسة. Abstract This study aimed to assess the impact of relationship marketing focusing on its five dimensions (trust, commitment, communication, complaint handling, and efficiency) on customer satisfaction and loyalty among a sample of Mobilis customers in the province of Illizi. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 111 customers, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS V.27 software. The study employed a multiple linear regression model to test its hypotheses. The findings of the study revealed several significant results. Firstly, the relationship marketing dimensions of trust, commitment, communication, complaint handling, and efficiency were found to have a positive and statistically significant impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty toward the studied organization.
