التغير الاجتماعي ودخول المرأة عالم الجريمة المعاصرة

Résumé: تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية ظاهرة اجتماعية، حظيت باهتمام كبير في الفكر الاجتماعي، الأمر الذي أدى إلى ظهور العديد من الدراسات والمحاولات الإمبريقية، التي حاولت تشخيص الواقع الفعلي لهذه الظاهرة المتمثلة في الجريمة. وفي هذا الإطار حاولنا ربط هذه الظاهرة بالتغيرات الاجتماعية المتسارعة التي تهدد مسيرة المجتمع وخلخلة القيم الأخلاقية، وظهور اضطرابات تهدد أمن واستقرار المجتمع، ومن هنا فإن تسارع وتيرة الجريمة وتطورها في المجتمعات المعاصرة و نتيجة مباشرة لما آل إليه المجتمع الجزائري، من انتشار للفقر، البطالة، الاستغلال، الفساد، التهميش واللامساواة، كل ذلك أدخل بعضها في حلقة مفرغة من العجز الاقتصادي وعدم القدرة على النهوض بالتنمية الاجتماعية، والانحدار نحو مزيد من الجرائم المعاصرة، ما تبعها من تحولات في المجتمع الجزائري، فلم تعد الجريمة حكرا على الرجال فحسب، بل دخلت المرأة عالم الجريمة والإجرام. This research paper deals with a social phenomenon, which was characterized by a great interest in social thought, which led to the emergence of many studies and empirical attempts, which tried to diagnose the actual reality of this phenomenon of crime. In this context, we tried to link this phenomenon to the rapid social changes that threaten the march of society and the erosion of moral values and the emergence of disturbances that threaten the security and stability of society. Hence, the acceleration of crime and its development in contemporary societies is a direct result of the spread of poverty, Exploitation, corruption, marginalization and inequality, all of that lead to a vicious circle of economic deficits, inability to promote social development, and the decline towards more contemporary crimes and subsequent transformations in Algerian society. but women the world of crime and criminality entered.
