الإشراف التنظيمي وعلاقته بتحسين أداء المنظمة دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة بلدية المعاضيد- ولاية المسيلة-

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة علاقة الإشراف التنظيمي بتحسين أداء المنظمة، دراسة ميدانية ببلدية المعاضيد ولاية المسيلة، من وجهة نظر موظفيها، اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة الميدانية على الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية فيجمع البيانات والمعلومات من عينة الدراسة تكون مجتمع البحث من جميع موظفي بلدية المعاضيد ولاية المسيلة، اختيرت منه عينة عشوائية البالغ عددها 105 موظف، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن:  للإشراف الموجه نحو العلاقات الإنسانية (نحو العمال) علاقة بتحسين الأداء ببلدية المعاضيد ولاية المسيلة.  للإشراف الموجه نحو الجوانب الفنية (نحو الإنتاج) علاقة بتحسين الأداء ببلدية المعاضيد ولاية المسيلة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإشراف التنظيمي، تحسين أداء المنظمة، بلدية المعاضيد ولاية المسيلة. Summary of the Study In English The study aimed to investigate the relationship between organizational supervision and the improvement of organizational performance through a field study at the Maadid Municipality in M'sila Province, from the perspective of its employees. In this field study, we relied on a questionnaire as the primary tool for collecting data and information from the study sample. The research population consisted of all employees of the Maadid Municipality in M'sila Province, from which a random sample of 105 employees was selected. Study Results: • Human Relations-Oriented Supervision (Employee-Oriented): There is a significant relationship between human relations-oriented supervision and the improvement of performance at the Maadid Municipality in M'sila Province. • Technical Aspects-Oriented Supervision (Production-Oriented): There is a significant relationship between technical aspects-oriented supervision and the improvement of performance at the Maadid Municipality in M'sila Province.
