Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إعطاء صورة حية عن تطبيقات فقه العمارة الدينية في مساجد القصور الصحراوية، ويعد قصر تماسين بإقليم وادي ريغ أحد نماذج هذه القصور، إذ يضم مجموعة من المساجد المختلفة الأنماط والوظيفة، منها المسجد الجامع، ومساجد الأحياء، والمصليات الصغيرة التي جاءت موزعة داخل القصر وشيدت عبر فترات مختلفة. وقد سلطنا الضوء على أنموذج مسجد عبد الله المغراوي باعتباره أهم مساجد قصر تماسين من الناحية المعمارية والفنية، محاولين إبراز مدى تأثير الضوابط الفقهية في عمارته. لنخلص في الأخير أن تخطيط عمارة المسجد المدروس قد تأثر بضوابط وأحكام فقه العمران الإسلامي، كما أثرت فيه عوامل بيئية واجتماعية واقتصادية. This study aims to provide a vivid depiction of the applications of religious architectural jurisprudence in the desert palatial mosques. Temacin kasr in the Wadi Righ region serves as one such example, housing a variety of mosques with different styles and functions, including congregational mosques, neighborhood mosques, and small prayer halls distributed throughout the palace and constructed over various periods. We shed light on the model of the Abdullah Al-Maghrawi Mosque as one of the most important mosques in Temacin kasr architecturally and artistically, attempting to highlight the extent of the impact of jurisprudential regulations on its architecture. In conclusion, it can be inferred that the careful planning of mosque architecture has been influenced by the regulations and rulings of Islamic urban jurisprudence, as well as environmental, social, and economic factors.
