Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الوحدات التدريبية بالتدريب البليومتري على تنمية القوة الانفجارية لدى لاعبي كرة القدم، حيث شمل مجتمع الدراسة فرق ولاية المسيلة، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة عمدية وتكونت من فريق وفاق المسيلة لكرة القدم كما استخدمنا المنهج التجريبي واختبار سارجنت لقياس القوة الانفجارية للإطراف السفلية، وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي للتدريب البليومتري على تحسين القوة الانفجارية لدى اللاعبين This study aims to know the effect of the training units of plyometric training on the development of the propulsive strength of football players, where the study population included the teams of the state of Messila, and the sample of the study was chosen in a deliberate manner and consisted of the team ES for football.
