دور الإسلام في ترسيخ أخلاقيات المهنة

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى مساهمة الإسلام في ترسيخ أخلاقيات المهنة، حيث تم التطرق للإطار المفاهيمي لأخلاقيات المهنة، بالإضافة إلى التطرق لآليات ترسيخ أخلاقيات المهنة من منظور إسلامي. وقد تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لكونه ملائما لعرض مختلف العناصر المرتبطة بأخلاقيات المهنة وآليات ترسيخها من منظور إسلامي. وقد خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - ترسيخ أخلاقيات المهنة من خلال تنمية الوازع الديني والخُلقي لدى العاملين؛ - إسناد الوظائف لأهل الأمانة والاستقامة وتحقيق الكفاية لهم؛ - ربط الإسلام بين العمل والاخلاق، وبالتالي فهو السبّاق للاهتمام بما أطلق عليه حديثاً بأخلاقيات المهنة. This study seeks to highlight the contribution of Islam to the establishment of professional ethics, where the conceptual framework of professional ethics and the mechanisms of stabilizing them from an Islamic perspective have been surveyed. The descriptive analytical approach has been adopted since it is appropriate to display the various elements related to professional ethics and the mechanisms of stabilising them from an Islamic perspective. The study has come up with a set of results, most importantly: -Stabilising professional ethics through the development of the religious and moral prevention of the workers. - Assigning jobs to the people who are characterised by honesty and integrity. -Islam linked between work and ethics .Thus, it is the predecessor to express concern of what has been recently called professional ethics.
