Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة في مجملها إلى تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين أخلاقيات المهنة كممارسة فعالة من ممارسات نظام الحوكَمة وجودة الحياة الوظيفية في المنظمات باعتباره اللّبة الأساسية للمسار الوظيفي الأمثل، كما تهدف إلى إبراز أهمية ومكانة جودة الحياة الوظيفية باعتبارها غاية ووسيلة في نفس الوقت تسعى المؤسسات والمنظمات لتحقيقها والمحافظة عليها، والدور الكبير الذي تلعبه أخلاقيات المهنة وأنظمة الحوكمة في تفعيل جودة الحياة داخل المنظمة وتوفير المناخ التنظيمي الملائم للأفراد، وكان من أبرز توصيات هذه الدراسة ومقترحاتها السعي إلى ترسيخ القيم الأخلاقية داخل المنظمات وتوعية العاملين بأهميتها وضرورة تبنيها، كما ركزت هذه الورقات على غرس ثقافة الاهتمام بجودة الحياة الوظيفية وأنها حتمية وضرورة لسير المؤسسة ونجاحها وليس كمالية أو ثانوية يمكن إهمالها أو إغفال دورها. In its entirety, this study aims to determine the nature of the relationship between the ethics of the profession according to the requirements of the governance system and the quality of career in organizations It also aims to highlight the importance and status of the quality of career life as an end and a means at the same time institutions and organizations seek to achieve and maintain, And the great role that professional ethics play in activating the quality of life within the organization, One of the most important recommendations of this study was to seek to establish ethical values within organizations and to educate workers about their importance, These papers also focused on instilling a culture of concern for the quality of career life, and that it is imperative for the institution's progress and success, and not as a luxury or secondary that can be neglected or its role be neglected.
