أثر الصكوك الوقفية في الأداء المالي للمصارف الإسلامية دراسة حالة البنك الإسلامي الأردني

Résumé: تطرقت الدراسة إلى موضوع الصكوك الوقفية في البنوك الإسلامية؛ من خلال تجربة البنك الأردني الإسلامي وحاولت الدراسة الإجابة على التساؤل الأساسي وهو بيان أثر الصكوك الوقفية في الأداء المالي للمصارف الإسلامية، وتطرقت إلى التعريف بالوقف والصكوك الوقفية وأهم الصيغ التي يمكن للمصارف الإسلامية استثمار الأموال الوقفية وإدارتها للصكوك الوقفية، وخلصت إلى عديد النتائج والتي من أهمها أن الصكوك الوقفية هي وثائق متساوية القيمة قابلة للتداول وتمثل المال الموقف وتقوم على أساس عقد الوقف وأنها تستمد مشروعيتها من وقف النقود الذي يكون بصفة التأبيد أو التأقيت وأن للصكوك الوقفية الأثر الايجابي والفعال في الأداء المالي للمصارف الإسلامية. ومن بين الأثار الايجابية للصكوك الوقفية على نسب السيولة والربحية.The study dealt with an important topic that Islamic banks can develop and occupy a prominent position in it. The study tried to answer the basic question، which is to explain the effect of waqf sukuk on the financial performance of Islamic banks، and it touched on the definition of waqf، and waqf sukuk، and the most important formulas that Islamic banks can invest and manage endowment funds. For waqf sukuk، and I concluded with many results، the most important of which is that waqf sukuk are documents of equal value that are negotiable and represent the money positioned and are based on the waqf contract and that they derive their legitimacy from the cash endowment which is in the form of perpetuation or time and that the endowment sukuk has a positive and effective impact on the financial performance of Islamic banks
