دراسة نجاح دولة ماليزيا في الصناعة المالية الاسلامية من خلال التمويل بالصكوك الإسلامية

Résumé: ملخص: نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على التطورات والتغيرات الحديثة التي طرأت على الاقتصاد العالمي نتيجة لظهور العولمة، وباعتبار القطاع المصرفي من أهم القطاعات الممولة للمشاريع الاستثمارية، تم استحداث طرق وأساليب جديدة للتمويل المالي ظهرت في صورة منتجات مالية وفق أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية، والتي لعبت دورا فعالا في تنمية الاقتصاد واستحوذت على اهتمام كبير على المستويين العربي الإسلامي والدولي. وقد أظهرت النتائج أنه من خلال البيانات والتحليلات ان المصرفية الإسلامية في ماليزيا حققت نجاحات باهرة من خلال سياستها الرشيدة ونظرتها المستقبلية وحتى الوقت الراهن لا تزال سوق الصكوك الماليزية تنفرد بكونها السوق الوحيدة في العالم الاسلامي التي تتجاوز الصكوك القائمة فيها حاجز 100 مليار دولار بفارق كبير. Abstract: We try through this study to shed light on the recent developments and changes that have occurred in the global economy as a result of the emergence of globalization, and considering the banking sector as one of the most important sectors that finance investment projects, new methods and methods of financial financing have been developed that have appeared in the form of financial products in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia, which played a role It has been effective in developing the economy and has attracted great attention at the Arab, Islamic and international levels. The results showed that through data and analysis, Islamic banking in Malaysia has achieved impressive successes through its rational policy and future outlook. Until now, the Malaysian sukuk market is still the only market in the Islamic world in which existing sukuk exceeds the $100 billion barrier by a large margin.
