المواطنة والتعايش اللغوي

Résumé: هذا البحث عبارة عن دراسة لقضية المواطنة والتعايش اللغوي وموقف صالح بلعيد منها، إذ نعتبرها من القضايا الاجتماعية والثقافية واللسانية التي أسالت الحبر الكثير، خاصة في ظل عصر الرقمنة والتكنولوجيا والدعوة إلى ترسيم المازيغية ودسترتها كلغة. وهذا الموضوع من ضمن مباحثي في أطروحتي للدكتوراه، حيث تطرقت إلى تحديد المفاهيم اللغوية لغة واصطلاحا، وكذا عرجت على مقومات المواطنة وواقعها في الجزائر وأهم الجهود المبذولة من الدولة والمختصين في اللغة من النخبة والمجتمع المدني للحفاظ على الهوية الوطنية ومقوماتها.
