الحدود الفاصلة بين المواطنة، الوطنية والوطن

Résumé: ملخص: مع التطور الزمني كان دوما لابد للإنسان من الانتماء للأرض التي ولد فيها أو يسكنها لان الانتماء متأصل في النفس البشرية، و هو بحاجة إلى بناء علاقات تفاعلية ايجابية بينه وبين مختلف أفراد مجتمعه من جهة، وبينه وبين بيئته و محيطه من جهة أخرى لذلك فإن تطور المجتمعات الحديثة لا يقاس فقط بمدى التقدم التكنولوجي والاقتصادي و المعرفي، بل أيضا بمدى محافظة الفرد على بعض القيم المحورية التي تبنى عليها كل المجتمعات و الدول كحب الوطن و التضحية من أجله و القيام بالواجبات اتجاهه لتظهر بذلك مدى وطنيته. وحاولنا في هذه الدراسة النظرية التحليلية تعريف بعض المصطلحات القريبة من حيث اللفظ واللغة والمختلفة جوهريا من حيث المعنى وهي: المواطنة، الوطنية، والوطن وتوضيح مفاهيمها ضمن مختلف السياقات، وكذلك توضيح الحدود و الفوارق الفاصلة بينها . و توصلنا بعد الدراسة التحليلية النظرية الى بعض النتائج أهمها : - أن المواطنة لا ترتبط فقط بالحق في الاقامة و العمل و الانتخاب بل هي ممارسة اجتماعية متكاملة. - وأما الوطنية فهي الاطار النظري والفكري و النفسي للمواطنة. - الوطن لا يعبر فقط عن قطعة الارض الذي يسكنها الانسان بل يتجسد من خلال مجموعة من القيم المحورية التي تؤخذ ضمن سياقات نفسو-اجتماعية، سياسية، اقتصادية وغيرها. Abstract With the development of time, the individual must belong to the land where he was born or inhabited because belonging inherent in the soul. The individual needs to build positive interactive relationships with the various members of his community on the one hand, and between him and his environment on the other. Therefore, the development of modern societies is measured not only by the extent of technological, economic and cognitive advances, but also by the individual's retention of the core values upon which society is built. These values include: the love of the homeland and the sacrifice for it and the performance of duties towards him to show the extent of his patriotism. In this analytical theoretical study, we tried to define some terms: citizenship, patriotism, and homeland, and clarify their concepts within different contexts, and the differences between them. The main results were: - Citizenship is not only linked to the right to reside, work and vote, but is an integrated social practice. - The national is the theoretical, intellectual and emotional framework of citizenship. - All this for the sake of the homeland, which does not reflect only the piece of land inhabited by man.
