المعالجة الشرعية لمعضلة الطلاق -دراسة مقاصدية-

Résumé: يتناول البحث موضوعا من أهم الموضوعات الشرعية التي تتعلق بالواقع البشري، ويشغل بال رجال الإصلاح في الأمة، لما له من علاقة كبيرة بنظرية الشريعة الإسلامية وهديها في الإصلاح الإنساني، وهو بناء مؤسسة الطلاق التي يرتبط فهمها باستحضار فقه الشريعة في الواقع، وبيان دورها الإصلاحي والاجتماعي في حياة الأمة، وهو مؤسسة مغيبة ينبغي بعثها من جديد لاستكمال مسيرة الإصلاح الشرعي للأحوال الإنسانية. Abstract : This resarsh paper is about one of the most important religious subjects. Which is related to human beins reality and was debate’ of religious people of our nation regarding the relationship that it has with the Islamic shariaa Hypothis is and it’s role in Human guidance. This subject is The building of divorce is related to basically to shariaa doctrine and Institution whose understanding showing it’s social reforme in our nation’s life. It’s a quite an absent foundation. That we should revive once again to continne our Lawfulness reform march of Human hygiene.
