Résumé: الملخص: يُعد قطاع النقل الدولي للبضائع محفزًا أساسيًا للاقتصاد، وهو أحد العوامل الرئيسية التي تسهم في تعزيز التجارة العالمية والنمو الاقتصادي. ومع تزايد العولمة وتطور التكنولوجيا، أصبح من الضروري تحليل مؤشرات السوق العالمي لهذه الخدمات لفهم التحديات والفرص المتاحة. ويُعد مؤشر أداء الخدمات اللوجستية الذي وضعه البنك الدولي أداة مهمة لتقييم فعالية وكفاءة الخدمات اللوجستية في الدول المختلفة، مع الإشارة إلى تجارب ناجحة مثل تجربة سنغافورة، التي تُعتبر نموذجًا يحتذى به في تحسين الأداء اللوجستي، حيث تمكنت من تحقيق مكانة متقدمة في هذا المجال من خلال استراتيجيات مبتكرة وتكنولوجيا متطورة. ويهدف البحث إلى تقديم رؤى شاملة حول كيفية تأثير هذه المؤشرات على تعزيز القدرة التنافسية للدول في الأسواق العالمية. لذا نوصي الدول والشركات بالاستثمار في تحسين البنية التحتية وتعزيز التعاون بين جميع الأطراف المعنية لمواجهة التحديات وتحقيق أقصى استفادة من الفرص المتاحة. Abstract The international freight transport sector is considered a fundamental driver of the economy, and it is one of the main factors contributing to the enhancement of global trade and economic growth. With the rise of globalization and technological advancements, it has become essential to analyze global market indicators for these services to understand the available challenges and opportunities. The Logistics Performance Index (LPI) developed by the World Bank serves as an important tool for assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of logistics services in different countries, highlighting successful experiences such as that of Singapore, which is regarded as a model for improving logistics performance. Singapore has managed to achieve a leading position in this field through innovative strategies and advanced technology. The research aims to provide comprehensive insights into how these indicators impact the enhancement of countries' competitiveness in global markets. Therefore, we recommend that countries and companies invest in improving infrastructure and strengthening collaboration among all stakeholders to address challenges and maximize the benefits of available opportunities.
