Résumé: The study addressed the issue of IT knowledge and its role in supporting of organizational creativity, case study on a Algeria telecom mobile -mobilis, aimed to identify the point of view of employees about the extent the contribution of information technology used and support for the four knowledge management processes (create, storage, distribution, application), in supporter of organizational creativity, the study concluded that the IT knowledge contributes to the support of organizational creativity with the exception of information technology support for application knowledge due to the weak used by the institution under study.
