Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على استثمار الملاك كآلية تمويل حديثة ومدى مساهمتها في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وكذا تسليط الضوء على أهمية هذا البديل التمويلي، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن استثمار الملاك بديل تمويلي مهم يمكن الاعتماد عليه في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة في مراحلها الأولى خاصة في الأزمات، حيث يوفر لها الخبرة والتوجيهات التي تساعدها على النمو والبقاء، وقد كانت أكبر قيمة مساهمة له في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة 650 مليون دولار سنة 2020 رغم ما شهدته هذه السنة من اضطرابات بسبب جائحة كورونا(COVID-19)، كما أنه ساهم بنسبة كبيرة في مرحلة البذرة، أما من حيث القطاعات فقد كانت أكبر نسبة مساهمة له في قطاع الرعاية الصحية. This study aimed to identify angel investment as a modern financing mechanism and the extent of its contribution to financing start-ups, as well as shedding light on the importance of this funding alternative, we relied on the Descriptive analytical method The study found that angel investment is an important financing alternative that can be relied upon to finance start-up enterprises in their early stages, especially in crises, it provides them with experience and guidance that will help them grow and survive, in addition, its largest contribution to financing start-ups was $650 million in 2020, despite the turmoil this year witnessed due to the Corona pandemic(COVID-19), it also contributed a large percentage in the seed stage, and in terms of sectors, the largest contribution percentage was directed to the health .care sector
