التطبيق الفعال للحل الإبداعي للمشكلات الإدارية ودوره في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي (دراسة حالة مؤسسة Evolab بمنطقة النشاط لدائرة البوني- ولاية عنابة)

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس أثر تطبيـق أسلوب الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات الإدارية علـى الرضا الوظيفي لدى عينة قوامها 31 مفردة من موظفي مؤسسة EVOLAB بولاية عنابة. وقد خلصت إلى أن للتفكير الإبداعي أهمية بالغة في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي داخل المؤسسة. فنظرا لتفاوت درجة الرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين حسب عناصر الرضا لدى العامل، وتقارب مستويات مراحل تطبيق الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات الإدارية في المؤسسة؛ فقد أسفرت الدراسة على وجود ارتباط وتأثير معنوي لمستوى تطبيـق أسلوب الحل علـى مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين بالمؤسسة عند مستوى معنوية 5%. وفي ضـوء مـا أسـفرت عنـه الدراسة من نتائج، اقترحت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات التي يمكن أن تهيـئ البيئة الملائمة للرضا الوظيفي؛ وأن تسهم، في الوقت نفسه، في تنمية التفكيـر الإبداعي لدى العاملين بالمؤسسات المحلية. This paper aimed to measure the effect of the creative solution of administrative problems on job satisfaction in a sample survey of 31 individual EVOLAB organization in Annaba province. The field study concluded that the creative thinking has an extreme importance on achieving the job satisfaction. Given the varying degree of job satisfaction by elements of satisfaction among the worker, and the convergence of the creative solution stages’ levels to the administrative problems in the organization; The study resulted a significant correlation and impact of the application of solution method on the level of job satisfaction of the institution’s employees at a level of 5% of significance. In light of the results of the study, the researcher proposed a set of recommendations that can create the appropriate environment to the job satisfaction; at the same time contribute to the development of creative thinking among employees in local organizations.ذ
