Résumé: تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية لدراسة إحدى القيم الأساسية والمهمة في حياة الإنسان ألى وهي "قيمة العدل"التي درسها الكثير من العلماء وأهل الاختصاص. ونحن نود بحثها في الديانتين المسيحية والإسلام،من خلال النصوص الدينية وهي نصوص العهد الجديد ،ونصوص القرآن الكريم .بغرض تبيين المعنى الحقيقي للعدل من خلال الرجوع للمصادر الأصلية للديانتين ،وتبيين مدى توائم المعنيين مع مقاصد الأديان و العقل والفطرة الإنسانية. This research studies one of the basic and important values in human life, which is the value of justice "which has been studied by many scholars and specialists. We would like to discuss it in Christianity and Islam, through religious texts, which are the texts of the New Testament, and the texts of the Holy Quran, in order to clarify the true meaning of justice in Christianity and Islam by referring to the original sources of the two religions, and and to show the extent of the compatibility of the two meanings with the aims of religions and the human nature.
