آليات مكافحة جريمة المخدرات في التشريع الجزائري
Résumé: تشكل دراسة جرائم المخدرات بإعتبارها أبرز المشاكل الجنائية المعاصرة، حيث تشغل اهتماما كبيرا على المستوى الداخل والدولي، نظرا للمخاطر الجسيمة التي تشكلها هذه الجرائم على مقومات المجتمع وحقوق أفراده وعلى الإقتصاد الوطني. كرس المشرع الجزائري سياسة عقابية لمكافحة جرائم الاتجار بالمخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية من خلال أحكام القانون رقم 04-18 المتعلق بالوقاية من المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية وقمع الاستعمال والاتجار غير المشروعين بها، حيث أن السياسية الجنائية التي انتهجتها الجزائرمن أجل مكافحة جرائم المخدرات تتمحور حول الوقاية والعلاج والقمع۔ Summary : The study of drug crimes is the most prominent of contemporary criminal problems, occupying considerable attention at the domestic and international level, given the serious risks these crimes pose to society and the rights of its members and the national economy. The Algerian legislator has enshrined a punitive policy to combat drug and psychotropic trafficking offences through the provisions of Law No. 04-18 on drug and psychotropic prevention and suppression of illicit use and trafficking, as Algeria's criminal policy to combat drug crimes revolves around prevention, treatment and repression.
