شبابيك الصيرفة الاسلامية بالبنوك التقليدية كآلية لتفعيل الصيرفة الاسلامية بالجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة النوافذ الإسلامية في جذب الاموال خارج القطاع المصرفي دراسة حالة البنك الوطني الجزائري وذلك من خلال التعرف على المفاهيم العامة النوافذ الاسلامية ودراسة لمختلفة الأنظمة والتشريعات المتعلقة بتنظيم الصيرفة الاسلامية. وقد إعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في معالجة إشكالية الموضوع وقد توصلنا إلى أن التعليمة 20-03 لم تتدارك النقائص التي سجلت بخصوص السيولة في النوافذ الإسلامية، وفتح هذه النوافذ الإسلامية ساعدت في جذب الاموال المتداولة خارج القطاع المصرفي، ووجوب وجود هيئة رقابة شرعية لتقديم منتجات مصرفية إسلامية Abstract : This study aims to know the extent to which Islamic windows contribute to attracting funds outside the banking sector, a case study of the National Bank of Algeria, by identifying the general concepts of Islamic windows and studying the various systems and legislations related to them. In our study, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach in addressing the problem of the subject, and we concluded that Directive 03-20 did not address the deficiencies that were recorded regarding liquidity in Islamic windows, and opening these Islamic windows helped in attracting funds.
