Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة هل توجد فروق في مستوى الدافعية للإنجاز بين الذكور الموجهين برغبة والإناث الموجهات برغبة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام مقياس الدافع للإنجاز، وتألفت عينة البحث من (325) تلميذ وتلميذة من تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي. وبعد جمع المعطيات ومعالجتها توصلنا إلى أنه لا توجد فروق في مستوى الدافعية للإنجاز بين الجنسين الذكور الموجهين برغبة والاناث الموجهات برغبة. Abstract : This study aimed to know whether there are differences in the level of motivation for achievement between males directed with desire and females directed with desire. To achieve this goal, the motivation measure for achievement was used, and the research sample consisted of (325) male and female students of the second year of secondary school. After collecting and processing the data, we concluded that there are no differences in the level of motivation for achievement between the two sexes, the desire-oriented male and the female-oriented desire.
