"effectiveness Of Electronic Brainstorming As A Technique Of Creative Thinking " Theorical Approach

Résumé: Abstract Electronic brainstorming is a contemporary managerial concept on which creativity process relies. Through this theoretical study, we will try to find out the effectiveness of electronic brainstorming in comparison with traditional brainstorming. Through this research paper, which is divided into four sections, we aim to answer four questions: the first is about exploring the historical evolution of EBS, the second is about the types and tools of electronic brainstorming, finally, the third and the fourth sections are devoted to discuss its advantages and disadvantages. The study concluded that although its drawback, electronic brainstorming is considered more effective than traditional brainstorming. Keywords: Electronic brainstorming, traditional brainstorming, creativity, creative thinking, organization. ملخص يعتبر العصف الذهني الإلكتروني من بين المفاهيم الإدارية المعاصرة التي ترتكز عليها العملية الإبداعية. من خلال هذه الدراسة النظرية، نحاول التعرف على مدى فعالية أسلوب العصف الذهني الإلكتروني بالمقارنة مع العصف الذهني التقليدي. تم تقسيم هذه الورقة البحثية إلى أربعة أقسام، حيث يتناول القسم الأول التطور التاريخي للعصف الذهني الإلكتروني، بينما يتطرق القسم الثاني إلى أنوعه وأدواته، وفي الأخير فقد تم تخصيص كل من القسم الثالث والرابع لمناقشة إيجابياته وسلبياته. خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه بالرغم من حدود وسلبيات العصف الذهني الإلكتروني، يعتبر هذا الأخير أكثر فعالية مقارنة بالعصف الذهني التقليدي. الكلمات المفتاحية: العصف الذهني الإلكتروني، العصف الذهني التقليدي، الإبداع، التفكير الإبداعي، المنظمة.
