واقع تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة و شهادة الإيزو 9001 في المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية

Résumé: The implentation of quality management system (QMS) in any organisation should be requirements by ISO 9001 version 2008 standard in order to efficiency use of the available resources – materials, human, technology and information. So the QMS enables an organisation to achieve the goals and objectives set out in its policy and strategy. It Improve process control , reduce wastage, lower costs,increase market share , facilitate training and create a product which the customer actually wants and desires. The main objective of this article is to study the implementation of QMS and ISO 9001 version 2008 systems in industrial Algerian organizations and report on their experiences with the goal of improving the implementation process in terms of time and cost .
