دور إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي - دراسة حالة مؤسسة كوندور Spa بولاية برج بوعريريج –

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد واقع وأثر إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي في مؤسسة كوندور SPA، وقد تم الاعتماد على المقابلة كأداة لإجراء الدراسة الميدانية ، و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك تطبيق لمعظم ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء على مستوى المؤسسة محل الدراسة و انعكس ذلك في تحسين القدرات التنافسية للمؤسسة في المنتجات الصديقة للبيئة بالمقارنة بالمنافسين حيث تحصلت مؤسسة كوندور على شهادة الجودة لمنتجاتها و المتمثل في نظام إدارة الجودة بمعيار إيزو 9001 ،كما تحصلت على الشهادة المطابقة لنظام إدارة البيئة و هي نظام إدارة البيئة بمعيار إيزو 14001 ،و نظام إدارة الصحة و السلامة المهنية حسب معيار إيزو 45001 . The study aimed to determine the reality and the impact of green human resources management in achieving institutional excellence at the Condor corporation SPA. The interview was relied upon as a tool for conducting the field study, The study concluded that there is an application for most of the green human resource management practices at the level of the institution under study and this was reflected in improving the competitiveness of the institution in environmentally friendly products compared to competitors, where the Condor foundation obtained a quality certificate for its products, which is the quality management system with the ISO 9001, and also obtained the certificate of conformity to the environmental management system, which is a system environmental management according to ISO 14001, and occupational health and safety management system according to ISO 45001
