التطرف الإيديولوجي للفاعلين السياسيين وإشكالية اللغة الأمازيغية في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: عرفت الوضعية المؤسساتية للغة الأمازيغية في الجزائر تحسنا مع مطلع تسعينيات القرن الماضي، وخاصة بعد تجاوب المؤسسات الرسمية للدولة مع المطلب الأمازيغي، بإنشاء المحافظة السامية للأمازيغية سنة 1995م، ودسترتها على التوالي: كلغة وطنية في دستور2008م، ثم كلغة رسمية في دستور2016م. لكن المجتمع الجزائري ما لبث أن تفاجأ من جديد بانفجار صراع ظاهره ثقافي وباطنه سياسوي تقوده أطراف يدفعها تطرفها الإيديولوجي لاختزال اللغة الأمازيغية في اللهجة القبائلية، والانتصار للحرف اللاتيني عند كتابتها. وعليه فإن السؤال الرئيسي الذي يسعى هذا المقال المتواضع للإجابة عليه هو: كيف انعكس التطرف الإيديولوجي للفاعلين السياسيين على اللغة الأمازيغية في الجزائر؟ الكلمات المفتاحية: الفاعلون السياسيون –الأيديولوجيا –اللغة –الأمازيغ-- اللغة الأمازيغية The ideological extremism of political actors and the problem of Amazigh language in Algeria. Astract: The institutional status of the Amazigh language in Algeria was improved in the early 1990s, especially after the official state institutions responded to the Amazigh demand in terms of establishing the Amazigh High Governorate in 1995, as well as its constitution respectively as a national language in the Constitution of 2008 and then as an official language in the 2016 constitution. But the Algerian society was once again surprised by the eruption of a conflict characterized by cultural appearance and political undercurrent led by parties driven by its ideological radicalism to reduce the Amazigh language in the tribal dialect and triumph of the Latin alphabet when writing it. So the main question that this modest article seeks to answer is: How did the ideological radicalization of political actors reflect the Amazigh language in Algeria?
