Résumé: مجال نسق العلاقة بين متغير المجتمع وتكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال (tic) يلاحظ مدى احتلال العملية الاتصالية في الآونة الراهنة مكانة مجتمعية، وتعقد هذه العلاقة والذي يتحدد أساسا في ظهور وتجديد انفجار تكنولوجي اتصالي مستحدث، وتنوع عمليات الاستخدام والذي يرتبط أساسا في قدرة التكنولوجية على تلبية حاجات ورغبات الأفراد المتنوعة.
