Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذا المقال إلى توضيح المشاركة السياسية على مستوى الجماعات المحلية، ومن ثم التعرف على أهم المواثيق الدولية والإقليمية لحقوق الإنسان المجسدة لذلك، من خلال تبني ما جاءت به هذه المواثيق في التعديل الدستوري لعام 2016. Through this article, We aim to clarify the political participation at the level of the local councils, and thus indentifying the most important international and regional human rights instruments embodied in this by adopting the provisions of these charters in the constitutional amendment of 2016 in Algeria.
