دور استراتيجية الإدارة بالمشاركة في بناء التميز المؤسسي

Résumé: تهتم هذه الدراسة بالإدارة بالمشاركة كأسلوب تنظيمي معاصر يمكن أن تعتمده المؤسسات اليوم في تحقيق أهدافها اذ يعد التميز المؤسسي أبرزها، بالنظر لما تتطلبه بيئة الاعمال من تظافر للجهود والعمل التعاوني قصد تحقيق الجودة والريادة بالكفاءة المطلوبة لزيادة القدرة التنافسية ،وتشجيع مسيري ومسؤولي المؤسسات على الالتزام بمبدأ المشاركة وتوضيح أهميتها بغية التمكن من تحقيق التميز في المؤسسات وتبيان المتطلبات الأساسية في ذلك لمواجهة مختلف التحديات المتعددة الأبعاد التي تقف عائقا دون تحقيق ذلك، كل هذا في ظل دراسة وصفية تحليلية الهدف منها الإشارة إلى دور المشاركة في رسم مسار التميز في مؤسسات أصبحت أساليب التسيير فيها تتطلب التحديث.This study aims to deals with the topic of participatory management as a contemporary organizational method that can be adopted by todays organizations in achieving their goals namely, institutional excellence, given That the business environment requires the. The concerted and collaborative efforts to achieve quality, leadership and efficiency as a way to increase competitiveness and to encourage managers to respect the principle of participation by demonstrating its importance in achieving institutional excellence and facing the multi-dimensional challenges that stand in the way to doing so. This topic is to be investigated in a descriptive and analytical study that aims to shed light on the importance of participatory management as a contemporary organizational requirement to achieve institutional excellence
