Résumé: اتجه المشرع الجزائري نحو إنشاء واستحداث العديد من الهيئات في إطار الوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته، والتي يندرج ضمنها: الهيئة الوطنية للوقاية من الفساد و مكافحته، الديوان المركزي لقمع الفساد، المفتشية العامة للمالية، ومجلسا المحاسبة، إلا أن هذا التعدد المكرس قانونا وتنظيما لم يجسد من الناحية العملية مواجهة حقيقة وفعلية لظاهرة الفساد الإداري والمالي، و التي لا تزال فيها مؤسسات الدولة الجزائرية برمتها تعاني من تفشيه وانتشاره في معظم الجوانب، ويبرز ذلك من خلال محدودية وقصور الصلاحيات المناطة لمختلف الهيئات المكلفة بالوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته، لاسيما في ظل افتقارها للإطار القانوني الذي يضمن تناسق وتكامل الجهود بين مختلف المتدخلين لممارسة عمليات الرقابة.
