Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التغيير التنظيمي في نجاح التحول الرقمي في المؤسسات العمومية الجزائرية، وذلك من خلال القيام بدراسة استطلاعية لعينة من بلديات ولاية سكيكدة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، قمنا بتطوير استبيان وتوجيهه لموظفي البلديات يضم ثلاث محاور( المتغيرات الشخصية، التغيير التنظيمي "متغير مستقل"، التحول الرقمي "متغير تابع")، شملت الدراسة 57 موظفا. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: درجة موافقة متوسطة على مستوى التغيير التنظيمي بالبلديات محل الدراسة؛ درجة موافقة متوسطة على مستوى التحول الرقمي بالبلديات محل الدراسة؛ وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتغيير التنظيمي على نجاح التحول الرقمي ببلديات سكيكدة محل الدراسة. This study aimed to find out the impact of organizational change in the success of the digital transformation in the Algerian public institutions, where exploratory study on a sample of municipalities in Skikda. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we developed a questionnaire and guidance of a sample of municipal officials, numbered 57 employees. The questionnaire comprises three axes (personal variables, Organizational Change "independent variable", digital transformation "dependent variable"). The study concluded the following results: The approval of the medium degree on the level of organizational change municipalities under study; the approval of the medium degree on the level of the digital transformation of the municipalities under study; there is a statistically significant effect of organizational change on the success of the digital transformation of Skikda municipalities under study.
