مصادر العمل الاجتماعي التطوعي في الإسلام (الوقف أنموذجا)

Résumé: فتح الإسلام مصادر عديدة لممارسة العمل الاجتماعي التطوعي، فمنها ما هو واجب كالزكاة والكفارات والنذور، ومن المصادر ما هو ذو طابع تطوعي بحت كالصدقات التطوعية والوقف. يعد الوقف بمفهومه الواسع أصدق تعبيرا وأوضح صورة للعمل الاجتماعي التطوعي، بل له من الخصائص والمواصفات ما يميزه عن غيره من المصادر الأخرى، وهو ما جعل منه مصدر مهم لحيوية المجتمع الإسلامي على مر العصور. يهدف هذا البحث إلى التركيز على الوقف كأهم مصدر من مصادر العمل الاجتماعي التطوعي في الإسلام، من خلال توضيح دوره في النهوض بالعمل الاجتماعي التطوعي. Islam opened many sources for voluntary social work, some of which are obligatory, such as zakat, expiation, and vows, and some are purely voluntary in nature, such as voluntary charity and endowment. The waqf is considered in its broadest sense the truest expression and the clearest picture of voluntary social work. Rather, it has characteristics and specifications that distinguish it from other sources, which made it an important source for the vitality of Islamic society throughout the ages. This research aims to focus on the endowment as the most important source of voluntary social work in Islam, by clarifying its role in promoting voluntary social work.
