الدور الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للعمل الخيري التطوعي -حالة الوقف في ماليزيا-(-the Economic And Social Role Of Voluntary Charity Work - Case Of Waqf In Malaysia)

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معرفة الدور الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للعمل التطوعي الخيري التطوعي، وهذا مع دراسة حالة الوقف في دولة ماليزيا، حيث سيتم التعرف إلى ماهية الخيري التطوعي باعتباره أحد أهم صور العمل الاجتماعي، أهميته وأهدافه. فضلاً عن تحليل دور العمل الخيري التطوعي في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، ومحاولة استخلاص الدروس من إدارة الوقف الماليزي وبيان أهميتها في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في هذا البلد. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى التأكيد على مدى أهمية العمل التطوعي الخيري وبخاصة في صورة الوقف ومساهمته في تنمية الأفراد والمجتمعات. Abstract: This paper aims to identify the economic and social role of voluntary charitable work, through a case study of Waqf in Malaysia. Being one of the most important forms of social work, voluntary charity will be defined along with its aims and importance. The paper analyzes the role of voluntary charitable work in economic and social development, and attempts to deduce lessons from the management of the Malaysian Waqf, in addition to highlighting its importance in achieving economic and social development in this country. The study concluded the importance of guaranteeing charitable voluntary work, especially in the form of the Waqf and its contribution in the development of individuals and societies.
